A smooth and frothy delight that balances tart lemon with the smoothness of Tennessee whiskey, crowned with a touch of bitters for an elegant finish.
  • Ingredients
  • 2 oz The American Tennessee Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz egg white (optional for froth)
  • Angostura bitters
  • Lemon twist for garnish
  • Instructions
  • In a shaker, combine The American Tennessee Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  • Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
